| Start Outlook Express Cancel if you get asked to setup a new account. LEFT Click on 'Tools' then 'Accounts' | |

| In the Display Name, put in first name only, this is the name presented in front of the email address when someone reads emails from you. | |

| Click on 'Next' Put in your FULL email address and password | |

| Click on 'Next' Incoming mail settings are now complete. You will be able to pick up email now. | |

| On the 'General' Tab, change the Mail Account line (currently adris.tsis.com.au) to something more familiar to you. This is only to identify the account locally. Change 'adris.tsis.com.au' to 'your-first-name - TSIS' | |
